Kirsten Nielsen has been baking and decorating cakes for some time. She
always donates for bake sales and is an active volunteer for
community service in
Galt. Here is one in
2006
and another in
2007. Kirsten now works part time for Sweet Creations on 411 C Street
in Galt.
This wagon cake was entered by Kirsten Nielsen who is a sophomore at GHS.
This cake won 1st place and Best of Show in the decorated cake class.
This chocolate cake won
1st place, Best of Show, Best of Division and Best of Class.
These lovely cupcakes won 2nd place.
Congratulations to Paige Nordberg, Galt High senior, who took a first place with
her hand knitted skirt in the state fair.
