The I love Galt program is a bold volunteer recruitment
initiative that seeks an army of citizens to actively participate in existing
community service programs like the police department's volunteer patrol, fund
local scholarships, neighborhood
watch programs, the parks and recreation department's adopt-a-park program and
assist the Galt Beautification Committee in its various efforts at improving the
aesthetics of our city.
I Love Galt seeks to focus on the youth of our community, both
as a forum in which they can become actively involved in community outreach as
well as provide young people with admirable examples of adults involved in their
community. The I LOVE GALT committee has organized interested youth and
adults to take on the important community efforts. Please consider your
own involvement in our city. Your support means our city's success in creating a
home town we all know and love.
